1. Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00
2. Basic Salary up to £28,000, OTE £35,000

Our client, a Franchised Main Car Dealer is currently looking to hire a Parts Advisor to join their team in a busy automotive environment in the Southampton Area.
Our client has a strong reputation within the automotive trade, with over 420 staff employed across Hampshire, West Sussex & Surrey. They offer a steady, well-paid employment with a pleasant atmosphere alongside continuous training and development.
They have a large successful service operation and are looking for a Parts Advisor to assist the team. You will ideally have an experience within a similar automotive related role or a background within parts cataloging

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client:
13. Cataloging and ordering parts for retail and workshop use
14. Ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained and correct invoicing has been completed
15. Taking accurate notes of the customer's requests and communicating them to the workshop team.
16. Keeping customers updated during the day with the progress of their vehicle.
17. Giving a full explanation to the customer of the work undertaken.
What our client expects of their Parts Advisor:
18. IT literate
19. Customer focused
20. Ability to upsell
21. Excellent customer satisfaction skills
22. Confident communication skills
23. Ideally experience with Pinnacle - This is not essential
24. Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
25. Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
