What will your role involve?
* Zero-to-One Delivery: Lead the discovery, prototyping, and launch of brand-new products, specifically leveraging AI innovations to solve long-standing customer pain points.
* Onboarding Transformation: Own the strategy for our global client onboarding platform—removing friction, driving time-to-value, and creating a \"gold standard\" first impression for our users.
* Drive Product Culture: Act as an evangelist for modern product management. You will help establish the ways of working (discovery, hypothesis-led development, data-informed decision making) that will define our new product-led era.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, and sales to move away from \"feature factory\" thinking and toward outcome-driven roadmaps.
* Global Impact: Ensure our products resonate across a diverse, international client base while maintaining a unified, scalable product vision.
