An exciting opportunity has arisen to join ZIGUP Group IT Service Desk Team as an experienced Service Desk Analyst, providing first line IT support to end users across the business.
Based in our Peterlee office, your main responsibilities will include efficiently handling and documenting customer contacts from various channels, accurately capturing all essential details. Leveraging your technical expertise, you'll provide timely diagnoses and resolutions to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will make personalized decisions and actions while maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions. Additionally, you will support onsite desk support and perform ad hoc duties as required.
Following successful completion of probation, there is potential to participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent IT issues outside of core business hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
