Customer Supply Chain Coordinator
to join their busy and supportive UK team.
You’ll be at the heart of customer operations – ensuring orders run smoothly from start to finish, keeping partners informed, and maintaining top-tier service levels. 💼 What you’ll be doing:
Managing and processing customer orders – accurately and on time 🕒
Keeping customers and internal teams updated with order books and SKU availability
Coordinating warehouse and logistics activity with 3PL partners 🚛
Proactively resolving delivery challenges and communicating solutions
Preparing sales and performance reports for review meetings 📊
Maintaining SOPs, SLAs, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
Building strong relationships across supply chain, finance, IT, and planning teams 🤝
🎯 What we’re looking for:
1–2 years’ experience in
Order Management
or
Customer Service
within supply chain or logistics
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Confident with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ideally SAP 💻
A proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure
Bonus points if you speak French, German, or Spanish 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇪🇸
