A GM with an excellent kitchen background will make an immediate impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great pubs are built on both an excellent kitchen and a strong front-of-house team.
In a food led pub your abilities in the kitchen are as important as your GM skills.
Youll be confident overseeing day-to-day operations of the kitchen and FOH, driving standards, and creating a place where both guests and staff feel at home.
