About the Role

Level - Level 4

Department- Change Management

Location - Southampton

Contract - 12 Month FTC

This role is responsible for coordinating all internal and external training activity, ensuring sessions are effectively planned, delivered, and tracked. It will also manage the workstream Outlook mailbox, providing timely and consistent responses to queries, and support the Business Readiness Lead with governance, planning, and delivery control in line with Quilter Steps and Change standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain business readiness plans aligned to programme milestones
2. Identify readiness gaps and track actions through to completion

3. Coordinate readiness activity across impacted business areas

4. Develop and manage training content creation and delivery plans

5. Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions across stakeholder groups

6. Ensure training activity aligns to programme timelines

7. Coordinate all internal and external training sessions end-to-end

8. Track attendance, completion, and engagement levels

9. Produce clear management information on training activity and readiness

10. Manage internal and external queries via the workstream Outlook mailbox

11. Provide timely, accurate, and consistent responses

12. Monitor and report on query volumes and key themes

13. Support the Business Readiness Lead with workstream governance activity

14. Produce and maintain status reports, plans, trackers, and action logs

15. Ensure alignment with Quilter Steps and Change delivery standards

16. Support governance forums with updates and materials preparation

17. Maintain the workstream RAID log and identify emerging risks

18. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs

19. Communicate training and readiness activity clearly and effectively

20. Support engagement and adoption across impacted teams

About You

21. Experience delivering business readiness or change activity within a programme environment
22. Experience supporting project governance and control activities (e.g. RAID, reporting, risk management)
23. Experience coordinating training or learning activity across multiple stakeholder groups
24. Experience working within financial services or a regulated environment (desirable)
25. Strong delivery focus with a proactive, hands-on approach
26. Ability to organise and manage complex workstream activity
27. Clear, structured, and effective communication
28. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
29. Strong alignment with governance frameworks and delivery standards
30. Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills
31. Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
32. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
33. Experience producing management information (MI), reporting, and tracking metrics
34. High attention to detail and strong organisational discipline
35. Project or change-related qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, Change Management) (desirable)
