About the role
We're looking for a hybrid Consulting Senior Manager/Director with expertise in growth consulting, loyalty, and promotions to join our team in the UK. Are you passionate about growth propositions and want to help clients innovate ways to drive demand, expand margins, and unlock new revenue streams?
This is a great opportunity to create next-generation loyalty and memberships programs, promotion strategies, subscription businesses, and work with top-tier engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to shape product vision. As a Consulting Director, you will play a vital role in shaping products for our customers that impact millions worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor on growth propositions at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data & analytics, experience design, digital product, and delivery) to deliver technology-focused transformation projects.
* Support account managers and sales teams with knowledge, materials, advice, and support to pursue opportunities within clients and prospects.
* Assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, build senior relationships, and help close new deals.
* Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish operating models, organize project teams, and manage the transition from sales to delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels and external/internal partners to maximize practice growth within consumer industries.
Requirements
* Extensive knowledge in loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, subscription/recurring business models.
* Deep industry experience in digital & innovative technology across sectors like Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality.
* Leadership experience or equivalent from a recognized consultancy.
* Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
* Willingness to lead teams and help scale the practice.
* Proven ability to manage client engagements and digital innovation transformation programs.
* Business acumen, strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and advocacy for diversity.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to travel as needed.
