This is an exciting opportunity to join their busy Aftersales team as a Parts, Service & Warranty Assistant, playing a key role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth aftersales operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations
* Process sales and purchase orders, plus supplier returns
* Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries
* Support marketing activities for the parts range
* Prepare job cards and maintain accurate service records
* Communicate service progress and completion updates
* Schedule and track preventative maintenance for fleets
* Assist with warranty claims, documentation, and evidence collection
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues
* Maintain warranty records and report on trends
Required Skills and Experience:
* Extensive administrative experience, ideally within a parts, service, or warranty environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive, customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence would be beneficial
