What you'll be doing This role will report into the Major Programmes Delivery Manager to assist with the documentation of business processes for royalties management within a major publishing group. Key business stakeholders include group finance, royalties and IT teams. It will be responsible for delivering detailed process documents, process maps as well as delivering training of the defined processes to relevant business resource. Design and delivery of the following artefacts: Step by step guides for royalties processes, including: Contract management Royalty rules Royalty calculation results Royalty adjustments Act as a main point of contact for questions from business stakeholders on the defined processes. Deliver training of the documented processes to ensure business compliance to agreed ways of working. This is expected to be delivered during in person or online workshops with relevant stakeholders.
