We are seeking a part time Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across our 3 companies. This is a new role and the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results that align with our business objectives.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
* Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Manage SEO efforts to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
* Utilise Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
* Create engaging content for various platforms, including copywriting for websites, blogs, and social media posts.
* Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives within budget constraints.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
* Supervise the social media management strategy to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Skills
* Proven experience in management and leadership within a marketing environment.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
* Proficient in project management methodologies to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
* Knowledge of Google Ads for effective online advertising campaigns.
