Calling all night owls!! If you're looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can make a difference then read on, as we might have just the role for you!

Our amazing #TeamRiddleStreet in Clydebank are now on the lookout for two new colleagues to join them on a part-time (10 or 20 hours per week), permanent basis.

The Role and the people you will support

You'll become part of a fun, friendly team who supports four individuals across two services.

As part of our Waking Night team, your main aim will be to ensure that the individuals we support have access to support and assistance during the night if needed. In addition to providing support, your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of cleanliness, ironing, health & safety checks, managing finances and administrative support.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ qualification too!

All we’ll need you to bring is;

1. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
2. A caring and compassionate attitude
3. The ability to work well in a team
4. Good communication and organisational skills
5. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
6. Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns

Our Waking Night shifts typically are - hours (7 days a week) and are worked on a rotational basis.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.

Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
