Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional opportunity as Deputy Nurse Manager at a highly respected care home in East Belfast.
This is a key leadership role where you'll support the Nurse Manager in upholding the highest standards across the home, which provides specialist care for older adults, individuals with physical disabilities, those requiring short-term respite, and palliative care.
As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll play a central role in:
* Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations
* Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team
* Promoting a warm, person-centred environment
* Ensuring safe, compassionate, and dignified care at all times
Whether it’s helping a resident transition comfortably through palliative support or providing short-term respite with excellence, your leadership will be vital in every care journey.

The role:
* You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
* Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home
* To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
* Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care
* Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
* Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
* You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
* 1+ year of Charge Nurse experience
* A Valid UK NMC Pin
* No Sponsorship requirements
