SThree are pleased to announce we’re recruiting for a talented Placement Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team based in our fantastic office space located in Glasgow on a fulltime basis.
As a Placement Quality & Compliance Specialist, you’ll be the gatekeeper of right-first-time placements—ensuring data accuracy and compliance from submission through to client invoicing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are issued promptly and queries are resolved efficiently.
This role is central to our order-to-cash journey, and you’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations, supporting our sales teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What are the day-to-day tasks?
* Validate placement data and compliance checkpoints before approval.
* Communicate gaps to sales teams to minimise impact on clients and contractors.
* Maintain detailed records and system notes for transparency and auditability.
* Ensure all required documentation is collected and stored correctly.
* Chase unreturned contracts to secure timely agreements.
* Provide weekly placement updates to Business Managers.
* Liaise with Legal to manage contract amendments using workflow systems.
* Respond to queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
* Escalate complex issues and collaborate across departments to resolve them.
* Champion service excellence and continuous improvement.
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
* Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, or payroll support.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Confidence in working independently and collaboratively across teams.
