📝 Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate allocation to projects and cost headers
Resolving invoice queries and communicating discrepancies with suppliers and site teams
Reconciling supplier statements and handling any discrepancies
Preparing supplier payments
Filing invoices and maintaining accounts documentation
Attending to accounts calls and managing accounts inboxes🎯 Essential Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, especially Excel
Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme is advantageous
SAGE experience would be beneficial, however, not essential
