The Job
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for cultivating new leads, managing accounts, and delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients in the UK and Ireland. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success as you work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities;
1. Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
2. Manage and nurture existing client accounts to foster long-term relationships
3. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
4. Meet or exceed sales targets to drive business growth and profitability
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

7. Proven track record in sales and lead generation

9. Experience in account management and relationship building
