A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Parts Advisor for our client's franchised dealership in Ripon.
Our client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
6. Up to £27,765 Basic Salary
7. £31,000 OTE

11. Previous Automotive Parts Experience Required
12. Work for a manager that has been with the business for years and knows it inside out
Duties of a Parts Advisor with our client:
13. To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
14. To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs, providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction
15. Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
16. To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
17. To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times
What our client expects of their Parts Advisor:
18. Previous Automotive Parts Experience required
19. Pinewood DMS background would be an advantage but is not essential
20. Good telephone manner
21. Organisational and administration skills
22. Full and Clean Driving Licence
