About the role
Salary – £3,867 to £3,928 (Pro‑Rated Salary). Pay Award Pending.
Start Date: 1st September 2026.
Hours: 3.15pm – 5.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Total hours per week: 6.75.
This is a Term Time Only role working 38 weeks per year, with a fixed‑term appointment. The successful applicant must fully commit to the role.
Responsibilities
* Carry out planned activities under the general guidance, direction and supervision of the After School Club Supervisor.
* Be a member of the team offering high quality after school care provision and attend meetings as appropriate.
* Keep records as directed by the After School Club Supervisor.
* Share responsibility for the care, presentation, display, safety, organisation and appearance of the facilities and equipment.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and any young people in accordance with the school's safeguarding and child‑protection policy.
Qualifications
* Experience in supporting wrap‑around care (breakfast or after school clubs).
* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification.
