Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented support workers in Stockport, supporting 6 people with learning disabilities. You will make a real difference and gain valuable experience. The individuals enjoy community activities like walking, swimming, shopping, cinema, and visiting the pub.
Experience in health or social care, a positive attitude, and a passion for supporting community integration are essential. Experience with individuals requiring intensive support planning and management is also valued. Part or full-time hours are available, with shifts including 7.30am-4pm, 2pm-10pm, and others. A driving license is preferred.
