Legal Recruitment Consultant

We continue to grow our highly successful legal division and are looking for confident, driven Legal Recruitment Consultants to join us on our exciting journey. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own desk whilst enjoying exceptional support, resources, and genuine career progression.
What You’ll Do
1. Build and develop strong client and candidate relationships
2. Identify and drive new business opportunities
3. Source, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
4. Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies
5. Negotiate offers and manage the full recruitment cycle
6. Support and collaborate with the existing legal recruitment team
What We’re Looking For
7. At least two years of solid experience in legal recruitment and placing fee earners
8. A proven record of billings, client development, and consistent performance
9. Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
10. Confidence, resilience, and a genuine passion for success
The successful candidates will have access to a dedicated legal resource team who will support you in delivering high-level service to your client base.
