Job Description
The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales through business analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations, managing store presentation, and leveraging creative expertise in floorset updates and styling. Assistant Managers lead talent recruitment, training, engagement, and development, fostering an inclusive environment for team members and customers.
