Location: Ringstead, NN14
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
Holiday: Holiday pay accrued in line with statutory entitlement
About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a supportive care team in the Ringstead (NN14) area. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence
Offering emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
Supporting with medication in line with training and policies (where applicable)
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
Working in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policiesWhat We're Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to undertake training and developmentPrevious experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential full training and ongoing support will be provided.
