The role (Temporary, Part-Time, 6-Month Contract)
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Overflow Assistant to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role is part-time (20 hours per week, ideally mornings) and hybrid: 3 days in our De Beauvoir Block office, 2 days remote.The focus will be to support the team with administrative tasks, project organisation, and CRM/data management. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, flexible, detail-oriented, and full of energy, ideally with an interest in the Film & TV industry.
Essential requirements
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Tech-savvy, confident with Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, Trello and other digital tools
* Experience working with data and maintaining systems (CRM, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to pick up tasks quickly
* Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
* Positive attitude, collaborative energy, and flexibility to support where needed
Key responsibilities
* General administrative support for Agents and the wider team
* Supporting with client information: updating CVs, bios, web pages, and project details
* Social Media Management (writing and scheduling newspieces for our social media platforms)
* Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry
* Assisting with contracts, deal memos, invoicing, and tracking client projects
* Providing project coordination support (tracking progress, preparing updates, flagging blockers)
* Helping with occasional events, screenings, or award shows and festivals (as needed)
* Supporting ad-hoc requests from Agents and the Operations team
