As a
Freelance Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey - researching, identifying, and connecting with businesses that can benefit from Salve.Inno’s services. You’ll work independently and at your own pace, with full support from our collaborative team. Whether you prefer structured outreach, personalized networking, or creative campaigns, we’re here to help you work in the way that works best for you. Research and identify companies that could benefit from recruitment, HR consulting, or talent strategy support Reach out to potential clients in a respectful and personalized way, using the outreach method that suits your style Listen closely to client needs and propose thoughtful, customized solutions Consistently track your activity and share updates with the team (we're flexible with how you do this - voice notes, dashboards, or written summaries all work!) Work toward mutually agreed sales goals, while focusing on building long-term, trust-based partnerships You might be a great fit if you
Have experience in commission-based or freelance B2B sales Are curious, strategic, and energized by building genuine relationships Feel confident communicating in English, both in writing and in conversation (additional languages are a big plus!) Prefer working independently, but enjoy being part of a supportive community Are comfortable using CRM tools or digital platforms to stay organized Are adaptable and open to adjusting your approach based on client needs or feedback Want to sell meaningful, human-centric services that create impact What’s on offer
