Job Description
As part of Glasgow City Council's commitment to put women and equality at the centre of City Planning and Policy Development this newly created post is an exciting opportunity to assist in delivery of this cross-service workstream.
You will be working to a team manager in the Planning service and also closely with the Head of Planning and other key stakeholders including elected Members in providing support in the delivery of projects, strategies and guidance.
This includes supporting the work of the feminist urbanism cross party Working Group.
You will be educated to HND level in a relevant subject and have work experience that encompasses the candidate profile and skills set out here. You will also have previous experience and working knowledge of programme delivery and project management skills together with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience of working with a range of stakeholders is desirable, as is RTPI membership or similar.
This post is temporary for a period up to 2 years.
