Premises Manager Location: Maidstone Position: Full Time Start Date: September 2025 Academics are working with an excellent and friendly Primary school based Maidstone that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Premises Manager to join their site team immediately.

Key Responsibilities: Completing general maintenance duties.
Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
Responsible for opening/closing the site.
Requirements: Previous site/premises experience required.
School experience is an advantage but not essential.
Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
General maintenance experience.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
The ideal applicant must be able to manage the workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to maintain a safe and secure environment for the school community.
