Were looking for an Entry Level BIM Technician to join the team and support the delivery of construction and engineering projects. Youll work alongside engineers, designers, and BIM coordinators to help produce drawings, 3D models, and project information using BIM software.
This role is suitable for someone starting out in BIM, CAD, engineering, or construction who is keen to learn and develop technical skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with creating and updating 2D drawings and 3D BIM models
* Support MEP, Structural, or Civil project teams
* Help maintain organised project files and documentation
* Produce drawing sheets, schedules, and model information
* Assist with clash detection and coordination tasks
* Work with engineers and designers to make model updates
* Follow company BIM standards and project requirements
* Attend team and coordination meetings when required
Skills & Experience
1. Basic knowledge of BIM or CAD software
2. Familiar with:
* Autodesk Revit
* AutoCAD
* Navisworks
