Job Description:
The Sales & Investor Relations Manager is an experienced client relationship management professional responsible for building a network of relationships with key fund managers & institutional investors in the Middle East Region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing persuasive communication skills, both written and oral, including cross-selling abilities
* Maintaining excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Exhibiting good phone manners, sales skills, presentation, and public speaking skills
* Drafting and collecting feedback from investor calls and meetings to assist Program Directors in preparing agendas
* Working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Prioritizing tasks efficiently
* Understanding the territory and strategizing market growth
* Being a self-starter with a resilient attitude
* Collaborating as a team player
* Possessing a good understanding of the investment management industry, investor client base, and a curiosity to learn more
* Willingness to travel abroad
* Staying informed about global news, social, political, and economic trends affecting the investment industry in the region
* Planning audience development and managing event timelines
* Growing new business and strengthening existing relationships
* Maintaining regular communication with investors via meetings, calls, and emails
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset, and other CRM tools related to event planning
* Collaborating with the Marketing team on lead generation and audience targeting
* Coordinating with Program Directors, Client Coordinators, and Logistics Managers for event management
* Sourcing content from investors for the Allocator Intel Network
* Willingness to travel to the Middle East region
