The Role
As a specialist of In-House Legal Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our strategic talent acquisition efforts, driving growth and excellence in our UK market segment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruitment professional to lead and expand our in-house legal recruitment practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage relationships with key clients across the UK Market
2. Lead the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber legal professionals
3. Leverage our existing comprehensive CRM system to identify and engage top talent
4. Manage inbound business opportunities, with approximately 50% of new business generated through existing channels
5. Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals and corporate clients
6. Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs
7. Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants
8. Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious business targets
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an exceptional recruitment consultant who demonstrates:
9. Proven track record in legal recruitment, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
10. Deep understanding of the legal recruitment market in across the UK
11. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
12. Strong digital literacy and ability to utilize advanced CRM technologies
13. Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach to recruitment
14. Ability to work independently in a hybrid and office based setting
15. Flexible hours of work
16. Confident in running round table events and networking
