The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced MAG Welder to join a long‑established and well‑respected steel fabrication company based in Sutton‑in‑Ashfield.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out MAG welding on a variety of steel components
* Work from technical drawings to produce accurate, high‑quality welds
* Assemble and fabricate components to meet production specifications
* Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet company standards
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Follow all health & safety procedures and workshop guidelines
Requirements
* Previous experience in MAG welding (essential)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
* Good understanding of welding procedures and fabrication processes
Working Hours & Pay Rate
* 0800 - 1630 (Monday to Thursday)
* 0715 - 1330 (Friday)
* With overtime available from 0600 Monday to Friday and overtime available Saturday (overtime rate paid at 1.5x).
