Sales Co-ordinator Location: Northwich Job Type: Full time Permanent Salary: Based on Experience About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator to provide full administrative and sales support to our National Account Managers. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to National Account Managers. Assist with existing portfolio management and new business acquisitions. Coordinate bespoke customer orders, replenishment, modular resets, and seasonal intakes. Manage customer platforms including item setup, amendments, and updates. Conduct store visits to gather market and retail intelligence. Lead and project manage Toy/Trade Fair activities, including supplier liaison and cost management. Act as the first point of contact for sales and customer service queries. Support data and trend analysis for the sales team. Deputise for the National Account Manager when required. What were looking for: Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Initiative-driven with strong business management awareness. Collaborative team player with persistence and determination. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Whilst not essential it would be desirable if you also have: Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role. Familiarity with retail or FMCG environments.
