This role is to provide pastoral care and guidance to pupils, working closely with the Houseparent to ensure a warm, purposeful and pleasant atmosphere and routine within the House. You will have excellent organisation and administration skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. You will be expected to sleep-in four nights a week (two nights in girls boarding, two nights in boys boarding), you will be allocated an ensuite room in the Boarding House.
