The Role As Technical Manager, you'll lead all metallurgical, analytical, and quality activities across the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll act as the technical authority-ensuring all specialty metal products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and compliance. This role includes full responsibility for the chemical laboratory operation and technical management of third-party melting partners, including VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting) and EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) operators.
