Account Manager (Paid / Performance Marketing)
Salary: From £35,000 (DOE)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts and lead performance across paid campaigns. This role is heavily focused on paid media strategy, performance analysis and client communication.
While Meta and Google are our core channels, you’ll also support and help expand performance across other paid platforms we offer (e.g. native, Tik Tok, Etsy, programmatic and emerging channels).
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
* Own day-to-day client communication and relationships
* Lead calls, manage expectations and keep deliverables on track
* Understand client objectives and turn them into clear campaign plans
Paid Media Strategy & Delivery
* Plan and build paid strategies across multiple platforms (Meta/Google + others)
* Coordinate creative, landing pages and messaging with internal teams
* Conduct audience/market/competitor research to inform campaigns
* Introduce modern buying approaches, measurement-focused bidding and testing plans
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
* Track performance daily/weekly, identify trends and recommend optimisations
* Produce clear client reporting with insights, actions and next steps
* Manage budgets confidently and report on pacing and ROI/ROAS/CPA outcomes
Email & Broader Digital Support
* Support email marketing activity to align with paid campaigns (promos, flows, segmentation)
* Contribute to wider marketing strategy where needed
Requirements
* Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads experience required)
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search/PMAX/YouTube beneficial, hands-on desired)
* Comfortable learning and operating across additional paid platforms (native/display, etc.)
* Strong client-facing communication: confident presenting results + strategy
* Highly organised: able to manage multiple fast-moving projects and deadlines
* Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and budget management experience
