Vet Direct are excited to be recruiting for a Technical Support Nurse across over 35-40 hours a week (flexible) Monday – Friday. Summary of role: Gain and maintain extensive knowledge of our equipment and products Accurately and confidently, deliver technical support and training to customers and sales teams. Develop technical support libraries and training videos on the use, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment. Provide information leaflets on new equipment. Supporting the repairs department and liaising with manufacturers to resolve technical queries and warranties. Co-ordinating the loan service for equipment. Maintain and share accurate records on equipment that develops faults during warranty period. Supporting the integrated repairs department. Selling of products from the Vet Direct portfolio. Key Skills Required: Qualified, preferable Registered Veterinary Nurse (Orthopaedic knowledge an advantage). Excellent oral and written communication skills, with use of Microsoft software and Teams. Well organised with a methodical approach to prioritising workload. Team player with a high level of dedication and a positive outlook. A bias and determination to understand and gain hands on experience with the full equipment range. Problem solver with an eye for detail. Empathetic approach to customers and colleagues.
