Private Client Solicitor - 3-5 PQE Location: Leicester Salary: £40,000-£60,000 Working Pattern: Hybrid Available Hours: Full Time The Role We're seeking a capable and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join a respected and supportive team in Leicester. You'll handle a varied caseload across all core private client areas, with valuable exposure to trusts work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise and take on more responsibility within a growing department. Hybrid working is available. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload including: Wills Probate & estate administration LPAs Tax & estate planning Trust creation, management, and administration Providing sensitive, thorough, and practical client advice Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and firm procedures About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years' PQE in private client Experience with trusts, or a strong interest in developing this area further Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work with autonomy Excellent communication and client-focused approach Positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic STEP qualification (or progress toward it) is a plus, not essential What's on Offer £40,000-£60,000 salary Hybrid working for flexibility Supportive team with mentoring and progression opportunities Exposure to high-quality and complex private client matters Clear development pathway within a growing practice Interested?
