Role Overview

Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
Responsibilities
* Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits within your territory.
* Work within your defined geographical area, managing the portfolio of elevators.
* Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fix.
* Carry out minor repairs to ensure continual operation.
* Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 minimum.
* Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
* Committed professional with safety as priority.
* Comfortable communicating to others.
* Curious, adaptable and able to work alone or in a team.
* Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
