The Role
As the Digital & CRM Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the organisation’s CRM system and supporting wider digital systems.
You will be a go-to expert for CRM management, data quality, and system optimisation, ensuring our staff and members enjoy a seamless digital experience. Alongside CRM work, you'll provide essential IT coordination and first-line technical support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM, including administration behind user accounts, access levels, and permissions.
 * Maintain accurate, standardised records; run duplicate checks and data cleansing tasks, ensuring excellent data quality.
 * Create insightful reports and dashboards for management and departmental use.
 * Assist with automation and process improvement.
 * Produce short how-to guides and support staff with CRM and system use.
 * Support system development, testing and implementing new features or integrations.
 * Liaise with external IT support; resolve user issues (passwords, printers, M365, connectivity, etc.).
 * Onboard and set up new staff accounts, devices, and permissions; maintain asset registers and hardware stock.
 * Help with digital events, providing on-site assistance with AV setup, screensharing, and webinar technology.
 * Promote good digital security practices and support phishing awareness campaigns.
 * Provide cover for the Team Leader during absences and support the wider team as needed.
Requirements
 * Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
 * Proven experience administering CRM systems.
 * Experience providing first-line IT support (Windows / Microsoft 365).
 * Strong data accuracy and Excel skills.
 * Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
 * A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
 * Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
 * Flexible and adaptable; willing to occasionally work evenings/weekends for events.
