We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Moorland, a category C prison in South Yorkshire.
Hours and Salary
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Annual salary: £25,821 to £28,574 per annum depending on experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the on‑site healthcare team.
* Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, including operating IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, and call‑up lists.
* Provide customer service, answer and direct telephone calls, and perform general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, and scanning.
Candidate Qualifications
* English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* A non‑judgemental and compassionate approach.
* Good IT skills and IT literacy.
* Ability to work within a busy environment.
* Must have a legal right to work in the UK; employment subject to additional vetting and security checks.
