Were looking for an exceptional Management Assistant to support the leadership team of The Rannoch Collection working closely with the Group General Manager and the two Hotel General Managers across Loch Rannoch Hotel, Estate & Spa and Dunalastair Hotel Suites .
This is a trusted, varied and fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, discreet, and thrives on being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes. Confidentiality is non-negotiable, and attention to detail is essential.
The Role As Management Assistant, youll provide high-level administrative support across HR, finance and operations helping the senior team stay on top of priorities, deadlines, reporting and people processes. Youll be included in high-level discussions where appropriate, so professionalism, judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information are key.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently communicate with managers, team members and external partners.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Group GM and both Hotel GMs, managing priorities across the collection
Support HR administration : onboarding paperwork, right-to-work checks (admin support), training records, absence tracking, staff files, and general HR coordination
Support finance administration : invoice processing support, PO/admin coordination, supplier paperwork, filing, and assisting with weekly/monthly reporting packs
Prepare documents, agendas and minutes for management meetings; track actions and follow-ups to completion
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and internal trackers with a strong focus on detail and consistency
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion; manage confidential documents and communications appropriately
Coordinate diaries, travel/logistics, and key deadlines across both hotels (where required)
Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
Support projects linked to the growth of The Rannoch Collection (including relaunch activity, recruitment admin, and process improvements)
About You Proven experience in an administrative/PA/EA role (hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential)
Highly organised with excellent time management able to juggle multiple priorities across two hotels
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident producing professional documents
Excellent attention to detail and pride in accuracy
Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential HR and financial information
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable learning new systems
Calm under pressure, proactive by nature, and able to work with minimal supervision
A team player who builds positive relationships while maintaining professionalism and boundaries
