Golden Crown Management Ltd is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our high-performing Sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and expanding our market presence.
As Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy, mentoring a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Design, implement, and optimise sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets.
* Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team consisting of Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, and Contracts Managers.
* Allocate workloads effectively, set clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and achievement.
* Maintain complete visibility over the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing.
* Establish and monitor inbound lead targets and ensure consistent, high-quality deal flow.
Market Expansion
* Identify and seize new market opportunities to drive business growth.
* Conduct competitive analysis and position the company effectively in head-to-head opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
* Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
* Drive customer satisfaction and retention through strategic engagement and service excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on objectives, resource planning, and revenue delivery.
* Collaborate to improve lead generation, sales enablement tools, and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years of sales experience, including management responsibilities within sales teams.
* Proven ability to manage and develop a team, including Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
* In-depth understanding of sales principles and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, support decisions, and drive actions.
* Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interaction.
