Induction Training
We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. For this role, you do not need care experience; we recognize you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, such as as a shop assistant. We will provide you with the training needed to be an outstanding Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring Bradford, you will receive comprehensive induction training, including:

Pay: £12.82 per hour (drivers)
45p per mile for drivers
Working hours will follow our shift patterns, including early starts, late evenings, and weekends:
* Early shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
* Late shift: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (finish time depends on public transport)
We will set a 2-week rota, including alternate full weekends.
