Lecturer opportunity: We're seeking a motivated and learner-focused Lecturer to join our college team.
You’ll teach across a range of programmes.

What You’ll Do
* Plan and deliver learning.
* Design and deliver inclusive, high‑quality lessons.
* Create engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress.
* Support learner development by guiding academic and personal growth through tutorials and pastoral care.
* Maintain accurate records of learner progress and engagement.
* Enhance curriculum and quality: keep course content current and aligned with industry standards.
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
* Collaborate and uphold standards by working with colleagues and external partners to enrich the learner experience.
* Promote and uphold safeguarding, equality, and health‑and‑safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant subject qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent).
* A recognised teaching qualification.
* Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent).
* The ability to plan and deliver effective, inclusive teaching for diverse learners.
* Knowledge of subject‑specific pedagogy and current teaching practices in further or higher education.
* Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
* Confidence using digital tools to support learning.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and ongoing professional development.

Kidderminster College boasts a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Motor Vehicle Centre, and we’re looking for a dedicated Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team. You will teach and inspire learners across Levels 1 to 3 and apprenticeships, delivering IMI qualifications and preparing students for success in a fast‑evolving industry.
