Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for a Local Authority Client in Berkshire. In this role you will support neighbourhood and tenancy services, helping to manage estates and deliver excellent customer service to residents. Duties : Support tenancy management, including sign-ups, audits, and record keeping. Assist with estate management, ASB cases, and neighbourhood inspections. Provide administrative support, including correspondence, diaries, and financial processing. Work with colleagues and partners to deliver responsive, customer-focused housing services. Qualifications and Experience: Experience supporting tenancy management or housing services, including sign-ups, audits, or estate-related administration Experience dealing with housing customers or residents, including handling enquiries, complaints, or ASB-related contact Experience maintaining housing or case management systems (e.g., NEC or similar) with accurate data entry and updates Experience supporting housing operations such as voids, lettings, rent processes, or basic tenancy administration What's on offer: Salary: £17ph * may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience* Contract type: 6 months minimum Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week How to apply: Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.
