As a SEN Class Teacher (MPS), you will:
Deliver engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to the needs of pupils aged 2-19 with severe learning difficulties.
Manage and inspire a team of teaching assistants within your class.
Collaborate with middle and senior leaders to design and implement a rich, inclusive curriculum.
Build strong relationships with families and carers to support holistic development.
Take part in school-wide activities such as parent evenings, open days, and community events.
Continue to develop your skills in communication methods (Makaton, PECS, AAC), behaviour management, and SEND best practice.
