Job Description
You will have demonstrable experience in providing Medical and Dental staff terms and conditions of service, along with HR advice promoting high-quality practice across all areas. You will contribute to developing policies and procedures that align with best practices, current legislation, and national policies, supporting the wider team in delivering policy training programs.
The successful candidate will be postgraduate CIPD qualified with significant practical HR and medical staffing experience within a large public sector organization, preferably NHS. Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, Medical and Dental terms and conditions of service, and NHS Scotland Policies is essential. The ability to work independently, planning and organizing your workload effectively, is also required.
Excellent communication, influencing, mediation, project management, and people management skills, combined with a solution-focused approach, are crucial for this role.
