We’re a fast-growing startup, and we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and highly capable AI Evangelist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on exploring new tools, building clever automations, and helping others understand the “so what?” of AI.
Key Responsibilities
* Internal Automation & Process Optimisation
* Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows across marketing, sales, delivery, and ops using automation, AI tools, and good systems thinking
* Build out internal tools and workflows across our tech stack, including Hubspot, Overloop, Xero, ChatGPT, GSuite, ClickUp and Thinkific.
* Explore and evaluate emerging tools by rapidly testing and sharing the ones that add real value.
* Run small pilots or proof-of-concepts to demonstrate what’s possible and drive adoption across the team.
* Document workflows and build resources that help others use AI tools with confidence.
2. Learning Programme Support
* Collaborate with our instructional designers to make sure we’re showcasing the best, most relevant AI tools in our training programmes.
* Research, recommend, and integrate AI tools into our workshops and course content, aligned to different roles and industries.
* Occasionally support live client sessions as a teaching assistant. This means helping with breakout groups, answering questions, or demoing tools in action.
Who You Are
* Tech-forward and resourceful: you’re the go-to person in your circles when it comes to trying new tools, finding smarter ways to work, and getting things done.
* Quick to learn and experiment: you don’t wait for permission; you try it, test it, and figure out what works.
* Fluent in the latest AI and productivity tools: including Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Notion, HubSpot, Replit, and Cursor. Python is a bonus.
* Detail-obsessed and systems-minded: you’re great at spotting inefficiencies, breaking things down into steps, and building reliable processes.
* A clear communicator: able to explain technical concepts simply and share learnings with others in a friendly, structured way.
* Energised by startup life: you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, pitch in across the team, and help shape something from the ground up.
