SEN Teaching Assistant - Permanent Role Location: Mansfield Pay: £90-£95 per day (term time only) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (3 to 5 days per week) Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm Start Date: September 2025 About the Role Monarch Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Mansfield to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, and behaviours that challenge. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent, offering consistency and fulfilment for the right candidate. You will work both 1:1 and in small groups, delivering tailored interventions and supporting emotional regulation and engagement. The school operates across multiple sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
