As they continue to invest in homes and communities across Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Hillingdon, and Spelthorne, we are now recruiting a positive, organised and proactive Resource Scheduler to join their dedicated Repairs Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. What You’ll Be Doing As a Resource Scheduler, you’ll be the heartbeat of the repairs operation – keeping everything flowing smoothly: Allocate jobs to operatives and subcontractors (emergency, urgent, and routine) Monitor daily work volumes and ensure all appointments are met in line with SLAs Keep field teams informed with up-to-date schedules and support Reassign jobs and handle reactive changes to daily plans Collaborate with internal teams to resolve job-related or escalated issues Record completion notes, time data, photos, and ensure system updates are accurate Use performance data to recommend improvements and streamline operationsWhat You’ll Bring Strong admin and scheduling skills with good working knowledge of IT systems (Excel, Word, databases) A calm, solution-focused mindset – able to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A...
