Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for document creation & spreadsheets
* Assist with accounts tasks such inputting data from invoices/ receipts.
* Customer aftercare calls & chase customer feedback.
* Complete new account set up's, credit checks & PQQ's.
* Provide clerical support such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
