Working closely with the IT Manager you will play a vital dual role in ensuring effective use of meeting room equipment and technology across the firm.
You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible IT training to staff at all levels, enhancing digital skills and promoting best practices in software and system usage. You will also provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain business continuity.
In addition you will have a solid understanding of IT systems, Microsoft 365, Ms Teams Telephony, database development and analysis, and common business software.

Due to the nature of this role where a hands-on approach is needed, you will be office based at our offices in central Cheltenham.
